Thanks to the vision and support of StarOil Ghana, the first AI Centre of Excellence has been launched at Kaledzi Memorial Basic School — a pioneering initiative that will serve 10 schools and impact over 2,000 learners, along with their teachers and local entrepreneurs in the surrounding area.
Equipped with AI-ready computers, high-speed internet, robotics kits, coding tools, responsible digital content, and AI-powered learning software, the centre offers a hands-on learning environment where students can explore coding, robotics, science, mathematics, and digital creativity — all within their own community.
For many of these young learners, this marks their first real step into the world of technology — a world that holds the potential to shape their future careers and inspire a new generation of innovators from the Volta Region and beyond.
This milestone demonstrates the power of partnership between private enterprise and education. A heartfelt thank you to StarOil Ghana for showing that when businesses invest in learning, entire communities rise.
